Kiwi Custom SaddlesWe are proud to announce have re-launched Kiwi Custom saddles. I started Kiwi Custom Saddles about 12 yrs ago, putting my lifetimes worth of experience into these saddles, and providing a try before you buy service, to ensure people are getting saddles that fit their horses correctly and being satisfied they are getting the right saddle for themselves and their horses. I spent about 6 months working for a Western Saddle Maker of high reputation, and learnt much about saddle making, even having the opportunity to make my own saddle during this time, which I still have and use. I have gained in my lifetime many years experience in learning all about what constitutes a well made saddle and also a lifetimes experience in saddle fitting. This lifetimes experience and knowledge I am now offering to help people find a good well made saddle, that is well suited to their horse. I have heard many stories of how people have spent thousands to find a saddle, been bucked off due to lack of knowledge on correctly fitting a saddle, broken bank accounts, broken dreams and broken bones are stories I have heard over and over. Horse Haven has always operated with integrity with the horses and riders welfare in mind.

HORSE HAVEN, after 21 years in Tauranga, is now operating at
ONGARE POINT which is about 8 km north of Kati Kati. This new location can truly be called a HORSE HAVEN and we chose this property due to its many favorable features for our horses & horse lovers, including being right on the beach front. Wow what a bonus ! We will continue to offer horse riding tuition and horsemanship training at our new HORSE HAVEN location. New Features #Under cover yards #Grass Arena # Beach Access #Excellent vehicle access # On site Round Pen for the training of horses and riders. THANKYOU to you ALL ! We wish to thank all our past & present riders, parents and volunteers who have made Horse Haven possible all these years, without your constant support we would never have been able to offer the horse experience so many have enjoyed with us. And we look forward to continued support at our new location. Plus we wish to thank all those who have helped us with this relocation ! and setting up of the new HORSE HAVEN, there have been many people and companies involved. BILLY JEAN - Yearling Riding Pony - SOLD
This beautiful Filly is now a yearling (uptodate Photos to come.) Billy Jean is super friendly and had much handling from birth. We are yet to halter train her, she is scheduled for this over the next couple of weeks. Her dam is an beautiful friendly full size pony mare named Foxy Lass. We are also considering selling Foxy too as a riding horse, and not breeding from her again. I have owned Foxy all her life and I bred her myself, and used her as my personal riding horse and also for some of our students to ride. Billy Jean we expect to stay a pony size at maturity, reaching at least 14hh to 14:2. Chiana Isted started with us as a volunteer and rider in 2015 when she was 12 yrs old. Chiana became our official rider when she turned 18, and also a riding coach trainee. Chiana is no longer with us, however this has opened up fantastic opportunity for another rider to take her place.

ANSWER: The three ponies are brothers, ROAD RUNNER, ICEMAN & CAIRO.
They are fantastic ponies and are very friendly being much loved by all who meet them.
They have the same father, whose name was Rebel's Eldorado, who is an American Saddlebred horse, which is a new breed to New Zealand. These three brother are half bred ponies, and they are awesome !
